There were lots of options for customizing my sign. That part was great. The design tool was a bit clunky though. I had to redo a couple things twice. The final sign turned out fine. It just took longer than I expected

The material felt cheap to me, haha. It doesn’t seem super durable, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up over time...

I thought the site was really easy to use overall. Finding what I needed didn’t take much effort, and checkout went smoothly, which I always appreciate.

I was already in a bit of an impatient mood when I tried using this design tool, and it really didn’t help. Editing things felt harder than it should’ve been, and it kept freezing on me, which got frustrating fast.

I was expecting this to be handled quickly, but it’s been weeks and I’m still waiting. it kind of feels like a bait and switch at this point because the process sounded much smoother than it actually has been

The colors came out looking kind of dull, and the print just wasn’t as sharp as I was hoping for. A little disappointing :(

My order showed up way later than expected again. Kinda frustrating, honestly, not really giving reliable vibes

so I ordered a sign thinking it would show up quickly, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left guessing when it would actually arrive. The sign itself was fine once I finally got it, but the wait was really frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.

I was disappointed with this one. The prices felt way too high for what you actually get, and I kept expecting the quality to somehow make up for it. After adding everything up, it just left me feeling like it wasn’t worth the money. I don’t think I’d order again.

My sign arrived in good condition, but the colors came out way darker than the file I sent. I was disappointed to see that, since it doesn’t really match what I expected. I’d appreciate at least an apology or some kind of acknowledgment for the difference.

I was excited to get my signs because the design looked good in the proof and I had heard decent things. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the sizing was wrong and one of them had the logo noticeably off center. I double-checked the proof, and what I received definitely didn’t match it. Customer support also took longer than I expected and kept asking the same questions instead of offering a real fix. The signs seemed like they could have been great if everything had been made correctly, but after this experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I’ll admit I wasn’t sure this would last very long being left outside, but after a few months it’s still holding strong. I kind of hate to say it, but it’s actually done a good job

I reached out for help and ended up waiting way too long for a reply. It made me feel a bit dismissed, like my issue wasn’t that important. I get that support teams can be busy, but when you need help, slow responses are really frustrating
